I know you are looking for constructive feedback, but unfortunately I don't have any. We have been 100% satisfied with everything with SCMR. The management rates are reasonable, issues that are within SCMR's control are addressed immediately, and our unit gets a substantial amount of use but very little signs of wear and tear (except in rare circumstances). So, no complaints, no suggestions for improvement. Just keep doing what you are doing. Thanks!

This experience was EXCELLENT. Everything was top notch. All kitchen necessities available, grocery store walking distance, I actually took notes should I even own a vacation rental. Views tremendous. Deck amazing. Great people watching down the river trail. easy access to everything in downtown. My first A+ experience. Can't recommend enough.

Lodging In Telluride has managed our unit for many years. The staff's attention to the needs of renters and the upkeep of our home is impeccable. Our guests rave about them in our guest book. Their hard work has made our unit a haven for our guests as they enjoy time in beautiful Telluride. They are the best!! - Chris M

Can not recommend this place enough. Stayed here with another family, 8 of us total, and did not feel cramped! Plenty of room, board games for kids and everything needed in the kitchen. PERFECT location to walk to restaurants, shops and Recreation center. We all enjoyed the pool table and multiple hot tubs available at the rec center as well as the pool. The hosts were prompt with anything that came up and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone wanting to visit the Winter Park area. We loved the accessibility to the many trails (even in the backyard), the Playground/Skate park (which is downtown) and being able to access Rocky Mountain National Park on the west side. Can’t imagine how beautiful this place would be in the Winter and would love to come back.
